Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons chipotle powder (or chili powder, if you prefer)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 pound haddock fillets (fresh, or any other firm white fish)

avocado (large ripe, pitted and roughly chopped)

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 cup chopped cilantro (roughly)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

12 corn tortillas (small)

shredded cabbage

red onions (Pickled)

cilantro spring

radishes (Finely julienned)

lime wedges
