Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Baked Lemon Garlic Tilapia recipe is straightforward to make and scrumptious. Made with tilapia fillets pro with garlic, butter, pepper, lemon juice and garnished with chopped parsley.

You can use complete wiped clean tilapia with this recipe or any white fish. Pretty simple to make and perfect for a healthy diet.

around 2 lbs tilapia fillets

2 tbsp butter, melted or olive oil

4 tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, chopped fine

2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Brush or spray baking pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray or oil.

Rinse tilapia and pat dry.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter or olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir well.

Place fish in the baking dish and pour lemon juice butter mixture.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro.

Bake in preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes.

Remove dish from oven and serve. Enjoy.
