HOISIN GLAZED SALMON OR SEA BASS easy to prepare and doesn’t take much time in the fire, it has a nice flavor and very delicious you can prepare it at the end of the week
- 4salmon fillets or 4 sea bass
- 2tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1tablespoon soya sauce
- 1teaspoon sesame oil
- 1⁄4teaspoon pepper
- Mix together all ingredients except the fish.
- Pat fish dry and coat with sauce.
- Preheat barbeque or broiler and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
