Fish tacos are not whole without fish taco sauce! This creamy white sauce is greater with chipotle and lime, making it the first-class topping for all your tacos.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons diced chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Add ingredients to a small bowl and stir until smooth. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.
- Refrigerate – Store sauce in a jar with a tight-fitting lid for up to 4 days.
