2 Tortilla (wheat)

1 Cod (fresh)

0.1 bl.Coriander (fresh)

1/8 red onion

1/4 Mango

1/2 lime


Step 1

If you are using frozen cod pavers, thaw them beforehand by placing them in an airtight zipped bag and immersing them in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step  2

Cook the cod in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, 2 minutes over high heat, on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, set aside.

Step  3

Cut the cheeks of the mango, along the core. Then squat the cheeks, then flip the skin. Detach the cubes with the tip of your knife.

Step  4

Peel and cut the onions into thin slices.

Step  5

Keep half of the lemons for later. Cut the ends of the lemons, then peel them off. Make cuts along the membranes to extract the supremes.

Step 6

Add cod on tortillas, a little eating, onions, lemon wedges, coriander, juice, and zest of lemon, salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil. It’s ready!
