Ingredients
- 6 poblano chiles
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 3/4 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1 lime, quartered
Preparation
Broil chiles, turning, until charred, 10 minutes. Place in bowl, cover and let sit 15 minutes. Peel, seed, and slice. In a skillet, simmer chiles with cream, 5 minutes; season. Divide among tortillas; top with cilantro, cheese, and pepitas. Serve with lime quarters.
