- 1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 Tilapia Filets (About 4-6 oz. each)
- 1 Whole Fresh Lemon
Line a Baking Sheet with Foil and place Olive Oil on the pan.
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
In a bowl mix together Parmesan, Paprika, Parsley, Salt.
Place Both Sides of the Tilapia Filets in the Olive Oil on the Panto coat gently.
Place Tilapia in Cheese Mixture and gently press the cheese into Fish.
Line Baking Sheet with Fish and Bake 10-12 Minutes until fish is completely cooked. Serve with Lemon Slices or Wedges.
