Ingredients
Fish
- 1 ½ – 2 lbs. fresh cod, sliced
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- ½ c. panko bread crumbs
- 12 oz. beer (any light beer will work well)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Citrus Slaw
- 2 c. coleslaw mix
- ½ c. cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Chipotle Mayo
- ½ c. mayo
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. adobo sauce
Other
- 2 c. Canola oil
- 1 package white corn tortillas
- 1-2 avocados, thinly sliced
